Project: Renovation of 1940s stone cottage


Having a major renovation on our hands was stressful, our project required the removal of the roof, upstairs floor and all internal walls leaving us with just a shell of a building to create our dream home. Thankfully the actual building works was not stressful, all thanks to Richard and his lads. 

They were fantastic and did a great job, nothing was too much trouble for them. The work was first class and we are delighted with the finished result.

Project: Complete refurbishment of 40 year old industrial unit


Our business is a rapidly growing and expanding enterprise with a requirement for considerable warehouse and office space. Moving to a somewhat tired industrial unit presented a great opportunity and challenges which could have distracted from our day to day business.

We engaged RJ Brady to renovate the warehouse space and completely modernise the offices to deliver a safe, comfortable and efficient working environment for our staff and clients.

Richard and his team delivered on time and on budget, pulling out all the stops to meet our needs. They were precise, clean and did not hamper the running of the business as works progressed. Importantly, we did not need to micro-manage the works which was a huge benefit to us, they got on with it and delivered.

Project: Double storey extension and refurbishment of existing house


It was great to see our tired old house completely modernised from top to bottom. RJ Brady did a great job on our refurbishment and the new extension is wonderful.
